Prior to our stay at Priory House Apartment both Richard and Lydia were easily contactable for our last minute... questions. Instructions for our arrival we’re emailed across promptly. The Apartment is immaculate and beautifully furnished, everything we could possibly need had been thought of. The corner sofa is so comfortable! Great to have the park on our doorstep to walk our dogs in the morning before a day out. We enjoyed hearing the church bells in the morning. Ideal location for supermarkets - plenty of choice and Lidl on our doorstep for fresh croissants in the morning. Great location for exploring Cornwall!Thank you for having us!read more

Immaculate top floor apartment. Modern decor, friendly and helpful owners. Beautiful park with lake and children"s play... area right outside the door. 20mins drive to several nearby beaches. Car parking space included. Great location central for most things in Cornwall. Lovely welcome hamper waiting for us when we arrived. We will be booking again. Fabulous! What a great stay me and my family had. It’s so clean and spacious with beautiful surroundings. It was so easy to... travel anywhere in Cornwall from here as it’s situated in the middle of easy access to all places. Quite and calm place and great for families. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay and travel in Cornwall. Thank you for a great stay.read more

Had a great few days staying at Priory House Apartment, with 2 labradors. Apartment was spacious for us and both the... dogs with a lovely park outside, which also leads to another open area where the dogs were able to run off lead.Great location, central to all places we wanted to visit. About 20 minute drive to south coast and the same to the North coast. Some lovely country walks within a 10 minute drive of Priory House which we all enjoyed even when it started to rain. Ten minutes drive from Apartment was the lovely Camel Trail Tea Gardens, which does an amazing afternoon tea in a beautiful setting and dog friendly.Apartment has all home comforts and would definitely stay again.
